Another Notch On the Belt....

Hello All,
Since I started this calorie counting program I’m amazed at my current results. For me the hardest part was just getting started. I truly believe its "Mind over Matter". Now it’s like second nature for me to know what & how much I’m eating along to my workout routine. I do have to admit that I do cheat sometimes with my sugar intake. I know sugar is the enemy when it comes to losing weight but it’s hard to just stop “cold turkey”. I guess that just means I have to work a little harder to burn those extra calories. I try to alternate my workout routine so I don't get too comfortable in doing the same thing every week.
The Biggest thing for me is the fact that since I’ve started my work-out I’ve have had to move my belt in 4 notches to keep my pants from falling down, LOL. It’s amazing what you can do if you put your mind to it and just do it. At this rate I’m sure I won’t have a problem reaching my goal of losing 25lbs in the next couple of months. After I reach my goal then I just want to work on definition…
So Good Luck to all striving to reach their goals, see ya at the finish line...
