Today isnt any different then any other day where everyone eats like crap in the office except me but I was offered pizza and I want to eat some but I don't know if I can track it even though I do plan leaving a deficit of 2000 cals tonight....
What do you guys think?

Why wouldn't you be able to track it? Just find a good estimate. 2000 cal deficit will take care of it if its a little off.0

Well I have a cheat meal once a week, it works for me. So maybe you can mak this one a cheat lunch, plus you will be working it off. And if you have been working hard all week eating right and working out you should be fine. I don't deprive my self, self control most def.0

why can't you track it? There is absolutely nothing wrong with eating a slice, or even two slices of pizza. I'm here to change my lifestyle, yes, but I'm not giving up everything I love for that. Moderation my friend, moderation.....0

Well, you have at least 1000 calories left for the day, so I say have 1 piece. If you can, have a salad or something else from the lunch you were going to have that's healthy so you won't feel deprived with 1 slice. Look up a similar pizza slice in the tracker and use that. And ENJOY it!0

Non chain pizza place. No clue how much salt they use, etc.0 -
I think you are asking us becasue you want us to tell you no, so no don`t eat the pizza.
As a reward for skipping the pizza, treat yourself to a nice fresh salmon filet tonight. Sure they are pricey, but everyone else is eating pizza, you should get to enjoy something delicious too ,and it's extra healthy!0 -

You can still get a good estimate. But do what feel right to you.0 -

I like this post. Do what's going to make you feel good about yourself when you go to sleep tonight.0 -
Go for it! Enjoy a slice of pizza. In this case I would add the pizza using the homemade pizza or take and bake pizza info and add some (maybe 10%) to each category. It's a pretty good estimate. You don't need to be spot on do you? I'd rather go big then fall under KWIM?0

Honestly, even if you got it from a chain place, you STILL wouldn't know how much salt or whatever they used. Maybe the guy making it was a little heavier with the salt shaker than when the numbers were done for the website. Maybe they threw on extra cheese because they were in a good mood or extra pepperonis or sauce or whatever. Or, maybe they just lied on the website. It happens.
Unless you make it yourself, you'll NEVER know what the actual totals are. If that freaks you out, then you need to make everything yourself, or you need to roll with it.0
