    ground beef in a pan - cook until browned and ready.

    dice up onions, bell peppers, lettuce.

    low cal ranch and franks red hot sauce.

    toss all into a wrap or two and consume!

    super quick and easy.

    I love love love rice with ground beef and gravy. 93% lean ground beef is like 160 calories, riceland rice for one cup is 160 calories and pack of brown gravy (the kind I have is like 30) or you can easily make your own. that's a thought

    I just put mine in a frying pan with some of my homemade taco seasoning(less salt than the stuff in the package). Eat it with tortillas or rice or corn or all three!

    Taco Salad!

    Brown low-fat beef in a skillet, add whatever mexican-type seasonings you like, garlic, a little hot sauce, a can of rinsed and drained black beans, and a small can of drained chopped green chilies.

    Put this over a salad made from lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, chopped cilantro and avacado. Add salsa instead of dressing. Sour cream, and shredded cheese are optional. If you have other family members that want it, you can also put this salad on top of a few tortilla chips.

    When I make this, it usually only takes me 20 minutes or less.

    Shepards Pie

    Ground Beef Browned
    Sweet Potatoes mashed
    Frozen Mixed veggies cooked

    Layer the ground beef
    then the veggies
    top with sweet potatoes
    bake for 20-30 minutes at 350

    Stuffed Green peppers

    Ground Beef Browned
    Season with oregano garlic cinnamon onion powder basil
    Brown Rice cooked
    Green Peppers
    Pasta sauce
    Mozza cheese

    Mix cooked beef and rice together
    Cut the tops off the green peppers, clean out seeds and ribs
    Fill with beef mixture
    Top with sauce and cheese
    cover with top of pepper

    Put in baking pan with small amount of water
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350 covered with foil

    Lazy Man Salisbury Steaks and faux mashed potatoes

    Ground beef
    Portabello mushrooms
    Brown Gravy packets
    Cauliflower
    Herb and garlic Cream cheese

    Brown the ground beef season with onion soup mix or onion flakes and garlic
    Cut the mushrooms into pieces and cook then till soft
    Make gravy as directed on package

    Steam cauliflower till very soft and mash with cream cheese

    Serve beef and mushrooms with gravy on top
    and serve with salad or another type of veggie
