Finally making great progress!

At my heaviest, I hit about 240. I believe I was about 230 or so in the pic on the right from 2 years ago (I know, they should be flipped, haha). I had made it down to 205, but stayed there for a loooonnnngggg time, and couldn't break it. Finally, in November I broke through, and as of today am 182. The pic on the left is from about a month ago, prolly mid 180's at that point. Just want to remind people that no matter how long the rut you're in lasts (even a year), keep at it and you'll get that breakthrough eventually. And boy does it feel good when you do!
