Hello My name is Deloris I am 51yrs old and I live in New Albany,Ms My weight is 210 i'm 5 feet tall I am consider obese..I am so tried and have no energy so my daughter told me about this site yesterday.I made the decision to start on a healthy way of life and i am so happy about It.
