I could not make it on that all day..l need gas for this tank or it will not burn fat... I try to stay out of red lobster because of their garlic biscuits, unless it is a cheat meal

just a few suggestions... replace regular white pasta with either a "smart carb" or whole wheat pasta so that right off the bat you're getting better carbs. next, instead of making a traditional alfredo with all that butter and cream, experiment with making a parmesan sauce based on nonfat plain greek yogurt. and while you're at it, chiffonade some spinach and throw it in!

Yes you will have better luck of making your own pasta at home, and feeling fuller longer off that then getting the kind at Red Lobster.

    Healthy alfredo sauce recipe:

    http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=163122

Use light oil in small portions to cook the shrimp...like a tsp or so...then season, add to above recipe for sauce, and use something like Barilla Plus pasta which is whole grain with added protein...

Low fat, low glycemic index, highly tasty!

Just saw this a few threads down...bet you could just take out the chicken, and use shrimp instead.
