Hi, I joined over a month ago and find this really easy for keeping tabs on food intake. Even though I have been really good, not eating more than my allowance I haven't lost any weight in 3 weeks. Lost 9lb in the first 2 weeks, now nothing seems to be shifting. Anyone else have the same problem?

    I've gone near two weeks twice. A fitness pal went a month. I assure you this is normal. Look at your sodium. Also building muscle causes you to retain water. Also exercise to expel sodium and water.

    I've noticed that a weight loss is preceded by a loss in inches. Measure yourself.

    are you exercising? most people loose at first fast. are you eating too many calories?

    i have a friend who hasnt lost any weight in months and refuses to bump up her exercise.
    so get out there and burn some calories

    do you clothes feel looser? sometimes your body can change but it's not always reflected in your weight as you'd expect.
    It all depends on how much you have to lose, how much exercise you're doing.
    If you make your food diary public then we can have a look and see?
    what's your daily calorie goal?

    I'd definitely recommend measuring as well as just scale watching, sometimes you can be losing inches but the scales don't shift much

    yeah,thats me same place for 6 weeks,funny thing is people are saying I look trimmer but the scales and inches dont say it,anyway I feel great and thats worth anything!
