So, my scale says I have lost nothing this week so far, but the whole time I was at the shops I found myself pulling my pants up!
I KNOW this is a good sign, but I also wish my scale would play along too!
It makes you feel so much better and more motivated when the numbers go down :(.
Oh welll, Monday is my "official" weigh and measuring day, maybe something will have happened by then

Don't worry about the scale so much. What's more important to you, what the scale says or losing inches? For me I much prefer to be able to wear smaller size clothes:smile:

lol yeah, me too, but they are not so loose yet that I can drop the size. They are just loose enought to look untidy!

I know it's recommended that we avoid looking at the scale more often than once a week, but I find myself doing it too! If you are doing the right things it'll all show amazing results with time. In the meantime, celebrate every NSV, including baggy pants!! :o)
  • To me the scale is more important. I figure if I fall down the stairs, and the ambulance has to take me away, 250 lbs is 250 lbs. Doesn't matter if its fat, muscle, or marshmallow fluff. Size 2 or 22. They still have to pick it up off the floor. May be pessimistic, but that's how I feel.

    That is true.
The way you put it made me laugh out loud
