I'm soso pleased about this picture - I don't even do anything specific for my back and shoulders: just pushups every now and again and chin ups. And my waist is currently 26", which is also great :D I think I might be stopping at 55kgs instead of going much further (I'm currently 60.4kgs).

    Thanks so much everyone for your wonderful compliments! This picture has been instrumental in me upping my goal weight from 47kgs to 55kgs because I don't think I need to go that low :)
