1 Fat off faces tends to be one of first things to do

2 depends - were your breasts the same size before gaining weight? Breasts are fat and glands. YOu will lose the fat but not the glands.

3 You can't really target one place - fat burns off all over your body from strength training, cardio and eating right but you can tone areas. Do you belong to a gym with a Roman Chair? I have heard those are good for backs. YOu can also do "superman" and similar exercises - mayo clinic has some good tutorials. And weight exercises that incorporate pull downs, dead lifts etc are good for shoulders/upper back.

    Bump
  • Fat comes off evenly so it'll all come off in time, though you might not see a big difference at first.

BUT because of that your boobs will probably still look proportionately the same, so even though they're smaller so is the rest of you! And no one will really notice. Mine are a LOT smaller than when I started but the only reason I can tell is because of my B&A pictures (and my bras being a little loose!)!

thanks for all the help =) i actually just started working out about 2 weeks now, i've seen a little bit of change but i think it's all that water weight. my breasts were always pretty big for my size..the cup always stayed the same it was just the numbers that changed i went from a 34 to a 34/36 so i'm guessing thats the back fat...i just don't want to lose my cup size lol

BUT my cup size does change before and after ovulation...ITS WEIRD....
  • Forgot to add.... they're also much perkier. =]

Ah to be young again! Breast size is genetically determined, so as long as you don't go extremely thin, you will retain most of your breasts. I am so glad you young folks get perkier, because believe me, by middle-age, that's not the case! Here is motivation to get thin now and stay that way: after 40, breasts (and nearly everything else) deflate as weight is lost, but the decreased elasticity of the skin and subcutaneous layers leads to droop, and this droop is slow to go away, if it ever does. By my age, plastic surgery is about my only hope to ever see "perky" again.

lol that's too funny...i'm scared to get old now =| I hope i have my moms genes! she's 40 and just had a baby a year ago she hasn't started deflating or drooping anywhere yet..actually she still looks mid 20's! i'm jealous =| I have the infamous freshman 15! and i'm trying to lose it UGHH being young and impatient >=| i expect a change after every workout.. but now i've learned at least losing a pound in one week is okay and i'm determined and motivated to stick to it and get the baywatch bod i've always wanted to strut down the beach.

Don't worry, looks like you have plenty to spare - and that IS a compliment! Amycals' reply was a good one for your other questions - ditto.

The face really does tend to be the first place that weight loss is noticeable. I can't even begin to count the number of times people have come up to me in the last month or so and told me that they could tell I was losing weight just from my face.
