Over the last few day's I have felt as if my stomach is bigger than it was.
I know this sounds weird as I am losing weight but I looked in the mirror this morning and it does look bigger
does anyone have any ideas why this could be?
I do feel a little bloated at the lower part of my stomach . . . and a bit more at the top, if you know what I mean! lol
Any idea's as to why this could be would be appreciated!!
thanks

have you been taking in a lot of sodium? that's usually what does it for me. or are you "backed up"? haha i know thats gross, but that causes bloating too. ooooooor, have you been drinking lots of sugary drinks? i find that whenever i slip up and drink a regular coke, it literally feels like fat starts accumulating around my mid section.0

Carbs, I went thru about a week of being bloated bc of eatin too many carbs.0

are you eating meals high in fiber? Also are you drinking carbonated water? You mix a diet coke with a fiber plus bar and well lets face it going to make you gassy lol....drink 8 oz of water 8x a day for well should do it everyday but at least 3-4 days see how you feel0

Are you close to "TOM", as well as water retention. Did you eat anything that would cause gas? Crazy question but it does affect everyone in different ways. Not only these but you could be losing around that area so it makes your stomach look larger.. Don't fret it will all come off with your working on it...0

It sounds a little weird but it could just be gas. You might try taking a gas reliever to see if that helps out.0

Thanks for all your replies, I've taken rennies to make sure it wasn't anything to do with gas . . . so I guess its not! lol
I'm thinking it's probably a mix of water retention because I had a few days up 'til the wednesday just gone where I was eating things I wouldn't usually, curry party food etc and drinking alcohol.
So I'm guessing it's just that, i think I'll just up my water because I really don't think ive been having enough as I'm working loads at the moment (12 hour shifts at a bar are not fun! lol)
I'll just concentrate on that for a few days and see how it goes . . . I might lower my carb intake too!!
Thanks for all the help0 -
