Finishing Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 soon...now what

I'm on week 4 of JM Ripped in 30 and I was wondering if I should start it over or stay in week 4 and do it everyother day. What are your thoughts. Thanks, Pam :flowerforyou:

    Sorry, I don't know anything about ripped in 30, but I'm about to finish the 30 day shred and wonder if anyone knows how these 2 differ in intensity?
  • Try Insanity by Shaun T, or do Zumba in both of these work outs you can burn up to 1,000 calories per workout.
