I have been trying to get to drinking 8 cups of water a day. Today, I decided to measure how much a cup really is. To my excitement, I have been drinking double of what I have been putting in. Im very excited!!! Just wanted to share.

    YAY! You know I have the hardest time drinking water. So I got a 32 oz wattle bottle & one of those hard cups with the plastic straws, OMG! I am drinking like a fish! LoL

    Me too. And the crystal light or fit 2 go packets are a lifesaver when you just cant get yourself to drink water any longer!
