    MFP is so much more addictive than Facebook for sure. And it's helping me to become what I want to be which facebook has never done.

    If you tell your facebook pals you burned ____ cals doing ____mins of ___ they wouldn't care(they might actually say "and??"! ) but,...your fitness pals IMMEDIATELY give you encouragement and spur you on!!
