NSV....went out last night for the first time in oh...3 years... I hardly ever wear jeans as I am home all the time and yoga pants and jogging pants are just a more economical choice for now. I went through my closet in the middle of January and only kept jeans that were a little tight on me. I went to put on my favorite pair of jeans last night and they were too big!! so I went to try some jeans on and I could not believe I am in a 30reg!!! ( tight but a month ago I couldn't get them past my butt) I am so happy I can really see the changes happening so quickly since incorporating more cardio into my routine!! I am a cardio junkie now!
With results like that I don't even care what the scale says anymore!!

Awesome! Be sure to keep those jeans around for the next time you need a little ego boost. Besides, you'll need the requisite "final photo" with the skinny you wearing the old jeans, holding out the waist band to show how huge they are/tiny you are!0

Congrats! I love when that happens!0

Non-Scale Victory. Sometimes our best moments come not from stepping on the scale, but from zipping up our formerly "will-never-fit-into-these-again skinny jeans" or getting compliments from our families or any number of other small but fantastic things!0 -
It took me a long time to figure that out too.
I really should have kept my size 10's from high school/gap year...
Yesterday I was wearing some of my favorite Levis that I bought in early December, a size 6. (Levis do fit kind of big compared to the brands I usually wear, but still.) And they felt huge!!!0
