so...wheat rotini 180 calories 2 oz dry = ??? when prepared.....so confused

  DeCecco brand right? I have it right now and went through the same confusion. I'm pretty sure it's just 3/4dry is one serving.

  Well personally I think its the same when hydrated also. Its just soaking up water so it shouldn't change the calorie amount
