    What is your secret?

    I'm afraid there is no secret here I yoyo dieted fro years, I finally made up my mind 2 years agoto do it again and stick at it. We all know how to do this and I have lost the weight by healthy eating and hard work in the gym. I was amember of slimming clubs on and off for almost 20 years. I cancelled my membership this january knowing I have the confidance and knowledge to keep this up forever now. Then I found this fantastic site to help me get to my goal!!
