Foods Under 50 Calories

I decided to compile a list of foods under 50 calories. This is my emergency food list - you know the kind of emergency: when you've had a rough food day and you must eat dinner but you can't because you've had an all day food binge. Or you decided to go on a drunken eating binge. Those kinds of emergencies. These foods are for emergencies only and not for everyday consumption. Low calorie foods aren't necessarily the most healthy - in fact some of these are kinda bad for you and artificial. This isn't the point. These foods under 50 calories are rescue-me foods and their only purpose is so that you don't go over 200, 300, 400 calories in your daily food allowance.
All that said, which foods can you add to this list?:
-orange
-seaweed
-diet soda
-carrots
-celery
-sugar free gum
-salad (without the dressing or with light dressing)
-tic tacs
-mints
-sugar free jello
-egg whites

An orange should be around 50 calories if it's medium-sized. And I am speaking about home-made popped kernels of corn without butter or anything else calorie-wise put on it.0 -
One serving of Gerber Graduates Lil'Crunchies is only 35 calories. The Garden Tomato is my favorite but the Cinnamon Maple taste just like those cinnamon things they sell at Taco Bell. And no, I have no children, I actually buy them just for me to snack on.
And I second the grilled portabello cap. Just plain they are around 20-25 calories and huge.
An entire bag of House Tofu Shirataki noodles is only 40 calories.
Hebrew National 97% Fat Free All Beef Kosher Franks are 45 calories each.
It's 60 calories, but an ounce of Trader Joe's turkey jerky has lots of protein.
1/4 cup of egg whites or egg substitute from a carton is 25-30 calories, depending on the brand.0 -

Oh yeah, and I've seen the Brother Fruit Crisps sold by the bag at Wal-Mart. Though, I bought mine by the box from their website cuz it was cheaper than Costco (there was free shipping).
And 8 ounces of Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk has 40 calories and the chocolate has 45.0 -

I love brother's apple crips!
My other go-to's in times like these are a small handful of almonds (about 6 or so), strawberries, boiled egg whites, or a lettuce-only salad with some of that spritz dressing that's only 1 calorie per spray.0 -
laughing cow cheese, only 35 calories, and it goes well with many veggies.0
