Recipe Introduction
12 slices 4 pts 24 cupcakes 2 pts Re: points for the cake -- if you use just the boxed cake mix and a can of diet coke (any flavor), it's most accurate to calculate the points with the nutrition info for the cake mix. Use the info for it unprepared (since the 'prepared' NI will include whatever oil etc they ask you to add). This will be the most accurate -- with my box I got 12 pieces of cake at 3 points each.
List of Ingredients
1 box cake mix
10-12 oz. diet soda
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
1/2 to 1 pkg of 8 OZ ff cream cheese
½ of an 8 oz container cool whip
¼ cup powdered sugar
Blend together with electric mixer
Recipe
Mix together and bake according to directions on the box.
orange cake /diet Mountain Dew
cherry chip cake / A& W diet Cream soda
diet lemon + lemon;
angel or yellow cake/orange diet pop
diet peach with white cake
spice cake/ diet lemon-lime pop
diet ginger ale + white
diet cherry sodas in chocolate cake
Diet cola + devils food or chocolate mix
diet vanilla coke in chocolate cake
devils food cake with diet Vanilla coke
diet root beer with chocolate cake
diet cherry coke with chocolate cake
marble cake + diet cream soda
diet lemon lime soda + strawberry cake
etc…the possibilities are only limited by your imagination…mmmmm

You don't really need the powdered sugar if you're ok with a "drizzled" like frosting.

so I just tried this and it was great. I made the topping with fat free whip cream and 1 teaspoon of peanut butter. SOOO SOOO SOOO GOOD!!!!0
