Food All Stars?

Wondering what everyone else's food all stars are. You know the ones, the ingredient you seem to put into everything, the items that pop to the top of your food diary lists. What are everyone's go-tos?

I'll start with mine:
1. Oats (every single day starts with a 1/3 cup. Literally - Every. Single. Day.)
2. Onions (I put them in stir fry, soup, with meat, they are like a LBD, they go with everything!)
3. Garbanzos (full of fiber, protein, and the most delicious thing I have ever tasted)

    1. Eggs--Love them soft-boiled
    2. I'm also Huge on Chick Peas or really any beans, love making cold salads out of them.

    1. Unsweetened Almond Milk (40 calories for 8 ounces :happy: )

    2. Shrimp. Good in soup, good in eggs, good in stir fry, good alone. Calories: 50 - 80 per serving!!

    3. Total cereal. I use this as a nutritional supplement because I am awful at taking a multivitamin.
