hey everyone! i'm not exactly 'new' i've had this app on my phone for a while now, and i primarily use MFP on the go... so basically i'm only 'new' to the forums. i'm always on this thing for receiving and giving advice and support!

you all are such wonderful, determined, strong, inspirational, and BEAUTIFUL people.
living healthy lifestyles is, in my opinion, one of the best ways to send gratitude out into the universe for being alive, and consequentially, healthy people live longer!

i love new friends, and i love to help others.
