M is for MOVEMENT, any kind of movement is better than none.
O is for ORIGINAL, there is not another person like you so don't compare yourself to anyone else.
T is for TOUGH, dieting is not easy - only the tough succeed...
I is for INSPIRATION, look for people who inspire you & look for small victories beyond what the scale says.
V is for VICTORY!
A is for ATTITUDE, a positive attitude is a "Can Do" attitude.
T is for TIME, it takes time to reach our weight loss goals.
I is for IDEAS, be imaginative and look for new ideas on exercise, menus and food preparation.
O is for OTHERS, find others who can identify with what you are going through and are willing to stand by you in support.
N is for NEW, a new you, and a new outlook on life!
