My weird little NSV, and a question

It took me forever to figure out what NSV means...but I have one!
On Friday I put on my shorts and went hoppity-hop down the two flights of stairs from bedroom to basement to get on the treadmill. I don't know why I bounce and skip down the stairs in my house, but yeah...
All of a sudden I realized I didn't see "shock waves" traveling up my thighs with each step anymore! They don't look much smaller to me, but they are definitely firmer.

And my question: I'm half a pound from my goal weight. When I reach it, will the site do anything special?

1st, congrats on the NSV and at being so close to goal!

I don't think the site will do anything automatically once you hit that goal but you should go into your GOALS and change the settings from "lose weight" to "maintain". This will change your daily calorie goal.

Big congrats on your NSV! One of my pals hit her goal and, sadly, there were no whistles and confetti. No recognition of any kind. :-(

    That is excellent!

As for your goal weight and the site doing anything, I kind of hope they send someone to my house with handful of confetti and a doughnut, but I doubt that will happen. (This means I don't know)
  • Wow, people post fast...I'll just delete what I was about to say. Thanks, everyone!

Hit my target weight yesterday and zilch from the site - but lots of congrats from MFP;s AND as a reward - extra calories to spend on food! It's very odd after only being allowed 1200 to now have 1550
