Decided to break out the camera today and see what difference a year makes....to my surprise a whole lot!

    Great job! May I ask how much you weighed before and after? :)

    I was pushing 200 in the first pic and I weighed in yesterday at 166. My goal is 150.

    You are a poster child of how weight loss should be.....gradual and over time. You will be successful in keeping it off, much more so than I was with a #40 loss in 5 months several yrs ago - it was too fast and I didn't acclamate to what I needed to do to be successful.....Here's to your awesome success :drinker: You look great!
