My daughter and I have signed up for Warrior Dash in Kansas City, http://www.warriordash.com/ What would you suggest as training for this. Working on the B210K which is the next step to the C25K now.

I'm doing the one in Seattle. My training plan consists of running, rolling around in mud, and running some more. Sometimes I do pullups.0

I did the dash last weekend in Houston. For training, I would do 2 miles on the treadmill at 4 to 4.5mph - Every 3 minutes I would stop and do 25 pushups or 50 jump rope or box jumps. I did that 3 times a week for about 6 weeks prior to the event. This seemed to help.
And most importantly, do some hill training. Our event was at a dirt bike track.0 -
My friend is also doing the Warrior Dash in AZ next month. I did not sign up because I felt like I needed more training before I attempted it!! Maybe next year. I would love to hear about your experience...sounds like it will be fun.0
