I was checking out my Myspace and noticed one of the ads to the side of the page...There have been TONS of diet ads lately, but this paticular one made me burst out laughing...It says, and I quote,

"Lose 40 Pounds in 2 Weeks! If I can do it, so can you!"

You're kidding me!! I feel bad for the people that actually believe ads like this!

    There's a huge billboard near the interstate on my way home for a local doctor. I look at it and laugh every day. Some woman of normal size is standing there saying:

    "I lost 60lbs in 6 weeks.....and I kept it off"

    Whatevah!!!!! :noway:

    I agree with you tho, I really do feel bad for people who think that stuff like this is for real. I mean you can't let your weight creep up over five years and think that its going to go away in six weeks. Lets get real. :wink:
