So, I never had much of a sweet tooth until I started training for a marathon and eating a bunch of carbs. Now after I ran the marathon and am not running 60 miles a week anymore, I can't seem to get rid of that carb craving. Any advice on extracting a sweet tooth?

I don't know about actually extracting it, but I satisfy mine with Yoplait Light.....their dessert favored varieties really help me every day.0

I'll sometimes use the Gerber Graduates Lil' Crunchies Cinnamon Maple flavor to calm a sweet tooth during the day. I usually baggy up a double servings of them to keep in my desk drawer. A double serving is:
40 Lil' Crunchies
Cal:70
Fat: 3g
Sod: 10mg
Pot: 30mg
Carb: 10g
Sug: <1
Calc: 8%
Iron: 30%
And they taste just like the cinnamon thingies you can get at Taco Bell.0 -
I love peanut butter granola with chocolate chips.. thats both salty and sweet and only 100 calories..I also love special k red berries with 1% milk thats about 160 calories and quite filling..I also love activia yogurt.0
