I did a search & the latest topic this on this was from half a year ago! Does anyone blog?
Either personal or fitness or health?

I have a personal blog, it covers a lot--- from day-to-day life, children, hubbies & dates, recipes, menus, my fitness.

I know that our mental and emotional support is just as important as what we eat & do active wise to help us become healthier better people. =) This is a new way I thought I'd try to express and find myself so everything is more balanced.

I *just* started, but would love to look at others blogs/give support/follow or whatever its called haha.

    I blog, but not every day...maybe once a week. It isn't on this site though. It is on a site called sharecare...Dr. Oz 11 week move it and lose it site.
