Hello from Wahington, another new start

Im the typical yo-yo person. Lose 20 lbs, gain it back. Lose, gain. Lose, gain. Im done with that. I have been tracking calories for a while now and it really helps. My goal is to get in at LEAST 4 days a week of exercising. With 40-50 minutes each day. I have plenty on tools to work with so there are no excuses. Life is busy for all of us, but to stop complaining about the way I look and feel, I need to work that out into our daily routine. Good luck to all!!!
