Maintenance Question

If I enter 150lbs (my goal weight) and sedentary it gives me 1880 calories for maintaining that weight??
Is that really right?
Sorry if this is a dumb question but does that mean I could eat 1880 plus all my exercise calories (per HRM) and not gain the weight back??

I believe you are correct. That's how I understand it to be.0

Yes, supposedly that should work. However, if you are just now getting to maintenence, try not to jump right to the maintenence calories- add 200 or so a week slowly until you get up to your maintenence level, since your body is used to fewer calories. Congrats!0
