Thanks for the smilie! I needed it cause It made me smile! How is everyones day? Mine is okay, just rainy nad Blah. Suppose to be going to my best friends but its getting closer to time for my hubby to come home so I may not go. Her father passed away wed night and we were wanting to see each other. I use to stay with her and her family ALOT! Her father and i were very close! He will be missed! So I havent felt like exercising cause I been upset and now today Im cramping from that time of the month! Not fun! So I hope yall stay op, exercise, drink your water and have a great day!

My girlfriend was suppose to come get me... My hubby is at work and we live about 40min from one another driving and it is raining so hard here now! I will go be with her tomorrow!
