I just finished the warm up, level 1, and level 2 (back to back) of the biggest loser cardio max DVD. (which is a first for me).
And now my chest has a burning feeling. More so when I take a deep breath in.
Why is that?

    could be exercise induced asthma.
or if you ate prior to exercise, it could be heart burn.

my suggestion either way is to consult with your family doctor.

not sure! how long ago did you eat - could be acid reflux or simply gas. The best natural remedy I know is to take a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of warm water. drink it down all at once. give a couple of minutes - big belch! relief! It also helps alkaline the system. Alka Seltzer will do the job too. Hope this helps.

They say if it's heart related it'll feel like an elephant stepped on your chest. doesn't sound like that.

Could very well be gas. burning says yes... But, follow what your conscience tells you (if you feel it could be something serious). Hospitals usually has a nurse on duty who will ask a series of questions to determine if you should come in. Don't take any chances. Wish you the best. Good luck to you.

I'd suggest calling the ER. It could be any of the stuff mentioned above, but it could also be angina or a heart attack. The standard symptoms of a heart attack aren't always what is felt. There are numerous cases of people who don't know they've had a heart attack until they go in for a standard physical and their ECG shows it has happened. It's always better to be safe then sorry. It's much preferable to go to the ER for gas and be embarrassed then to not go and it turn out to be serious.
