Just started using this today on my phone...seems like a great way to get motivation and get in shape! I'm a very active person but I do need the extra help in monitoring my food to make sure I eat the best that I can!

Any tips on using myfitnesspal? I would appreciate any advice!

  • i personally love my fitness pal, and prefer using it on an actual computer rather than a phone app.
    its a great website once you get started!

    try it for a dday and youll love it!

    I agree. This website is great! Ive been doing it 2 weeks! I first found the app on my phone but I perfer to use the computer. I have always been a very active person and my job requires me to stay on my feet and it does get physical. However I am a snacker and this website has really helped me see just how many calories I take in in a day. Since started 2 weeks ago I have lost 3 lbs. I'm not looking to lose much but rather work on toning up and just staying in shape.

    Yeah, I have to say now that I'm using it on my computer, I find it more enjoyable than just using it on my phone! Very impressed so far!
