NSV-I feel like a thin person

I know that sounds strange especially given the fact that I currently weigh 234 and at 5'2" that puts me 100 pounds over weight but I have lost 22 pounds so far and I have been exercising and moving and I totally feel different. I can do things now that I wasn't able to do just 2 months ago (clip my own toe nails) and other things are just so much easier to do. I don't get winded after carrying a load of laundry from the basement up to the main floor. I no longer walk 10 feet behind my family-because now I can keep up with them. I don't have to sit down to put on my undies and pants. I could just go on and on. I've always been big and never have been able to stick to any weight loss plan. I've been using MFP since the middle of January and now it has just become part of my normal routine to log my food. I've trained my family to know that 5:30 to 6:30 is my time to exercise and they have been very supportive and allow me to take that hour each day to improve myself. I'm just feeling good and happy.
anybody else out there feeling like a thin person?

Good for you! I never feel like a thin person, even when I'm thin, which is something I'm trying to work on. Keep up the good work!0

You ARE a thin person! Many heartfelt congratulations. You are doing exactly what you need to succeed. Nothing can stand in your way. I love the list of "cans" that you have earned at 22 lbs lost. That is so impressive. It's like people on Biggest Loser and you're doing it on your own. Way to go!0

Like you, i still have about 100 pounds to lose, but I can tell the difference. My energy is definately up, and I don't think Oh, God, I gotta get up when my kid needs me. My best NSV is that my son has lost weight and so has my husband. Just because I am cooking healthier, and my son is showing interest in excercising. My husbands family has always been large, and I want them both to get it under control before it becomes a serious issue. Congratulations on your NSV!0

I know what you mean--just by eating a bit healthier and (HUGE) working out a bunch has made me feel overall better in a relatively short period of time--and those 15 lbs didnt hurt either lol0

Great work!!! Congratulations on being a badass! It's great when you can keep up with your friends, I have been using that as my main NSV.0

Congrats! It is amazing how much better you feel after even 20 pounds (no matter how much you want to lose). Keep up the great work!0
