Just looked at my food diary & realized I ate about 2.5x the amount of fiber I should have today. NOT GOOD AT ALL!

    Better fiber than fat.

    Studies show that people with higher fiber diets have smaller waistlines.. And lower risk of colon cancer!

    Had several smart comments to make, but looks like others beat me to them! Of anything to go over on, fiber is the best...except for the side effect....

    More fiber is good. If you are eating healthy you will have lots of fiber in your diet. I wouldn't worry about it. If you normally ate very low fiber and suddenly went really high, that could cause some problems. It sounds like you normally eat a lot of fiber, so it should be not problem. BTW how much fiber did you eat?

    Fibre is great! If it gets to be too much, you can eat some bananas or cheese to "plug you up" so to speak. But I think you'll be just fine! Much fibre is often insoluble and is tough to absorb anyhow (someone correct me if I'm wrong!). You'll be ok - don't worry! :drinker:
