      you look fabulous!!! congrats on all your hard work!!

      What do you do for exercise? You look pretty tone!

      I do an hour of a mix of a circuit workout/crossfit type...and I have slowly added cardio in addition to that...right now I am up to 2-3 hours extra on cardio. When I do my standard hour of misc, I then do 40 mins on each the elliptical, treadmill, and stairmill. On Sundays, I don't do the hour, so I do 60 mins of each machine OR 60mins on two machines and my own misc cardio workout...I document many of my workouts on my blog, you are more then welcome to check it out!!

      Wow - you look fantastic!! This is especially inspirational because you have similar start and endpoints as I do.. I started at 223 and hope to finish ~145..Hopefully I'll have results as amazing as yours!!
