Hi

I know this is a dumb question and the answer to any question that asks "does supplement X work?" is usually "NO!", but has anyone found a caffeine free thermogenic that actually works?

thanks

i don't know if it had caffeine or not, but i had some success in the past with "Redline".

hydroxycut has good reviews on bb.com and i know there's a decaf for that.

personally, though, that **** always wound up giving me killer headaches in the long run.

No personal experience with them, but I like checking out http://supplementreviews.com/ when I'm considering trying a new supplement. May wanna go browse through there and see what some people have to say about the particular ones you're considering.

I hate stimulant thermogenics. I find any results usually backfire within a few weeks.

BUT there are some great ones that are non stimulating.

Research extra virgin coconut oil and its thermogenic qualities.

Another VERY underused one is sesamin.

This is a great source of it and I know it works first hand.

I've used this in the past and liked it:

I tried sesamin once and did not see any effect.

Regarding coconut oil - isn't it very high in calories?

Sure, hot sauce. Avoid the rest.
