Has anyone else seen this movie? You can stream it on Netflix and Hulu if you have not watched it. As far as the nutrition/food info, I didn't learn anything new. But what did surprise me was the information about heart disease, saturated fat, and cholesterol.

So, if you have seen it, what did you think?

    I LOVED this movie. The wit and research in it was awesome, and it echoed a lot of what I thought while watching Supersize Me. The info about cholesterol and saturated fat was very interesting, and I totally believe it. I've recommended this movie to almost everyone possible so far (watched it twice myself, haha).

    I LOVED this documentary. It was very enlightening, but, like you, I knew a lot of the bare-bones facts. I've always known that simple carbohydrates were a bigger problem than most people realized, and never believed that low-fat was a long term answer. It's the carbs/sugar that I'm "addicted" to, not the fat!

    I loved it. It was a ton better than supersize me which in fact bored me to sleep. :)

    I think hulu is only available in the US. Its a DRM thing. If you want to get around it, it seems the best way is to purchase a US based VPN (see here: http://www.kristi-barrow.com/watch-hulu-australia/)
