losing inches

 I am still pretty new. 20 days ago I measured myself and I'm glad I did. The scale showed I gained a pound. It was so frustrating. All that work to gain a pound? Then I did all my measurements again this morning. My waist is 2 inches smaller. Did I read that right? Did it again. Still the same thing. Then I thought, well did I measure in the same place on my waist last time? So, I stopped it at the bigger measurement and it was way to loose. Can it be true, in 20 days I have lost 2 inches? Wow! Loving the awesome support from my friends and this website! :flowerforyou:

I corrected it, it was 20 days. Sorry. Looking at a smaller time frame on the report made it easier to read.

    It's probably true! thats awesome

but maybe when you took the first measurement though you were retaining some sodium? did you feel bloated or full during the first measurement? I'm not sure.

Still excited though. Can't wait to tell my husband. The air show this weekend was a lot of exercise. Plus, I have been going to the gym in the morning as often as possible. The more I exercise, the more I want to. Bought Julian Michael's 30 day shred. Hoping that comes out of the case today. It's also easier to manage calories when I burn 300-500 calories that day. If I know I can eat more, there's more incentive to push myself harder.

To me it doesn't matter. It's such a pshycological boost. I'm going to keep doing my measurements and keep working out. I will try to measure at the same time of day for consistancy. Next time I go to the gym, I will check my weight so it's on the same scale.
  • thts fab wtg hun :-) well done
