Its ME!!!!!

Hi Im Andy. I have found this site and think its quite amazing how poor my diet was even though I thought I ate quite healthily. Seriously lacking in calcium and Iron, which explains my feeling very lathargic of late.

I want to lose 7 Kg in 5 weeks. Have started this today and its now almost bedtime but feel soo bloody hungry. I have 128Cals left for the day. What foods do you eat that are low Cal to snack on??

Never really had to go on a diet before, but am getting to the age where its getting harder shake off extra weight.

Look forward to hearing your stories and advice

    Hi andy. welcome to mfp.

    To not be so hungry try drinking more water as this will fill you up. as for healthy snacks try bits of fruit ect. Goodluck.
