I wanted to report that after only 7 days so far of the 30 day shred I have lost at least 1 inch from each thigh and at least one inch from my arms! How motivating is that after only 1 week???!! Can't wait to see the ending result!

I am starting today!!! This is AWESOME motivation especially since I've read about how hard it is for some people- kinda worried I won't be able to get through it. Any tips for a first timer??0

That's incredibly motivating! I've been doing the shred every other day (alternating with the gym) for a week and didn't measure, but I FEEL great!0

That's awesome! Great work! Isn't it great when you're done with it!? My 1 yr old daugther has helped add some resistance to my ab workouts as she thinks it's time to wrestle and she comes and lays on my stomach..LOL. Today is day six for me in a week, I HAD to skip one day b/c I overworked/improperly worked one of my calves..I totally FEEL a difference and I swear my gut is smaller...and I can see my lil' two pack with some chub on it LOL...I think my arms are smaller but I'm not measuring yet...also my thighs are changing shape rapidly! LOVE IT..
For begginers...no advice just don't be afraid! It's not a really long workout but it is intense but easy workouts...it's dope. WAY less intimidating than starting a new class at the gym...55 minutes w/ lots of people and MIRRORS! LOL0 -
Good job - keep up the good work. Today is Day 4 for me using 30 day Shred. So far so good. I plan to take my measurements every 10 days to track progress.0

with the cardio, push it. Do the jumping jacks/butt kicks all that as best as you can to keep your heart rate up. With the strength portion use the low impact and build up. It took a week to learn to do crunches and push-ups the right way. Most importantly, don't give up!!!! You will find at the end of 7 days you are no longer sore and you can do it like it's nothing!! Good luck0 -
