Looking for friends to help motivate

Hi, My name is Sam.
I just posted this on the Introduce yourself section then realized it probably should have gone here.
I joined this site about a month ago. I have been doing well watching my calories, but where I lack is the exercise. Its hard to find time and working at a desk job doesn't help. I am just looking for some friends to help me stay motivated. Updating my weight would just feel better if I people would see it. I know this site will help much more if I am active in the community.
Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

Check out my profile (it's all public!) and if you think I could help you I would be more than willing to so send me an invite (that goes for anyone)! I've been doing this for some time now--tho women's nutrition/fitness is more my specialty I'll be there to encourage and motivate and give any advice I can!0

Welcome Sam! When I had the desk job, I would use my lunches for some quick exercise. I worked on the 3rd floor, so I would walk the stairs at lunch time. Luckly, I was allowed to eat at my desk, so I didn't have to technically eat on my lunch. Or go outside for a walk, if the weather is nice. Feel free to add me.0

I work a desk job too, and I use a ball chair. I don't think it's helped me lose weight, but it has definitely strengthened my core muscles and improved my posture, making exercise much easier! Look into it! Also I use outlook reminders to drink water and stretch.0
