Record TOM Weight?

I feel as if I'm becoming obsessed with my TOM, but I am terrified of gaining back the weight that I have lost and I'm trying to watch everything very carefully (except for the Reece Cup that I couldn't resist). So my question is, should I continue to record my TOM weight gain on here or just keep it to myself until its over?

I still record because it keeps me on track and motivated, but you have to take it with a grain of salt. YOU know you didn't really gain any weight, you're just retaining water. Plus then the next week you see a big loss and that's always nice. =]

I keep it to myself. I'm always up about 3 lbs or so during that week. It'll come off, just don't use it as an excuse to "treat" yourself because you feel miserable. :)

I and everyone I know keeps it to ourself until it's over. I weigh once a week, every weekend, but I skip Tom week.

I only record losses. So when I'm up at my TOM (right now, ugh), I weigh myself, I know what I weigh, but I don't put it on here.

I just started mine yesterday and saw a half pound gain overnight even though I got a lot of exercise and hit my marks for food consumption. I am not tracking it for the next few days because I know I always either gain or stay the same during the few days after starting. I probably won't even get on the scale until Thursday.

I track it. It's fun to see it go up and back down every time xD
