Hi, I'm Carla. I've been around this website for weeks but I only got the chance to post something here.

I've been looking for a community like this for ages! Love this website, it's really handy.

Sooo... where to start? I like in Portugal (that means also that I use the metric system, but I can use conversion websites with no problems) and I "work" as a Translator. I try to take a 30--minutes-long walk everyday, on my way home and I try to play Kinect once every day, for 30-60 minutes. I play Dance Center, Dance Masters (my fave!) and Kinect Adventures (the reflex mini-games are awesome).

When I'm working, I normally eat 2 pieces of fruit (apples, most of the time), drink 2-3 cups of tea and one coffee with one and a half teaspoon of sugar. I take my tea with no sugar at all. For lunch I eat something with vegetables or a salad.

When I get home I eat a sandwich, try to do exercice... and most of the time I'd go for a light dinner.
