Body Mass Index

Options
Long time listener, first time caller!

The "Shape" magazine has a body mass index calculator which takes into account:
Height, weight, gender and body frame.

Its great as it gave me an ideal weight range based on my body frame. Body frame is measured by the size of your wrist and the weight range it gives back seems to be more in line with what I know from experience is a weight that my body is comfortable with (I have very broad shoulders...)

Check it out!
Those of us who are not petite, will be pleasantly surprised I think!

it actually made me feel worse, it says I should weigh 130lbs... my goal is 150... lol, 30 lbs lighter than I am now will never happen.
