Weighing Meat- bone in

Ok, i've tried to search on here and other sites, but couldn't come up with anything concrete. I was wondering if anyone could help me out!? I have bought some riblets, they are in a vacuumed sealed bag. The nutritional info is on the back, giving me values for 170 grams. Does anyone know if this includes the bones or just the meat?

They probably weigh it bone in. Maybe weigh it cooked with the bone in and then remove the bone, weigh that, and subtract the bone's weight to see for certain.0

Since it came packaged that way, the nutritional info should be for the way it is packaged. So, I would say the weight would be with the bones.0
