Fruit and Oatmeal Bars
About 175 calories each BUT they are like a moist, delicious, healthful cookie bar!!!! This recipe is a modification of a recipe in my daughters kids cookbook. Definitely in our lunch boxes this week!

these are my favourite - I vary the fruit, sometimes dates, apricots whatever. Around 160-175 cals depending on what fruit used
