Still doing fine with Atkins, but I am so sad. I weighed in a few days ago and it stated 226 still. Then weighed in today and it stated 233?? I don't think so. Until I start noticing my clothes getting bigger, I refuse to weigh in. I know I cannot gain 7 lbs in 3 days. I am on track and exercising and I know, something will work out.

I am beach bound Monday and I will continue my walks and great food choices......

  • You'll only get discouraged if you weigh in too often. Try to only weigh in weekly at most, but bi-weekly or monthly if you can. Body weight fluctuates very often!

    Don't let the numbers on the scale discourage you......you know how you feel in your clothes and that could be a better measure for you! It sounds like you're doing a great job and it WILL eventually show on your scale.
