30 Day Shred Question

I'm about to start the 30DS and am curious as to how those of you who have used it, log it in as excercise on MFP? Do you break it down or just lump it in all as one type of excersise... Any adivce would be appreciated.

    Whenever I did it, I would log it as circuit training. I'm starting it again today...I'm actually going to go do it pretty soon. Hopefully, I'll actually stick with it this time.

    I log it as 20 minutes of 'circuit training, general'. :)

    I have been logging it as circuit training because that was what everyone on here said... but i feel like it burns so much more!

    I have read on here to log it as 27 minutes circuit training.

    Hi

    I started 30 day shred last week. Right now i am doing it from Exercise TV where level 1 is free untill 4/25 so i will have to go n buy the DVD from store once i am on level2 .

    I am planning to do level 1 n then 2 & 3.
    Hope this helps i am on my 5th day and i can feel the stength and stamina

    27 minutes? is that because it says less than what you burn so someone decided to round up a few minutes?

    I log it as 25 minutes of circuit training
