Yet another 30 day shred question

I have just got this and did it for the first time tonight. The only exercise I found hard was the side lunge one, I think because I only have really heavy weights, and I thought my arms might fall off. I am quite used to doing those kind of exercises, is it ok to do it more than once through at a time? Or should I just follow the program?

  • You can definitely do the workout more than once. In her book 30 Day Shred she actually challenges you to do the workouts two times, essentially adding reps to what you are doing. If you aren't working your muscles to exhaustion, you are unlikely to be seeing the results you want.

    Whatever your body feels, everyone is at different fitness levels. I have been known to do levels 1 and 2 togther (1 warm up and one cool down)
